DONOVAN, Mellville L. (Dubuque County, IA, Sept. 18, 1902--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 29, 1998). Donovan owned and operated DONOVAN'S FOOD MARKET in Dubuque for forty-three years before retiring in 1982. He was a past member of the board of directors of the DUBUQUE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
