Aaron worked at the [[DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY]] until 1982, and later by investing over 30 years of his time and talents at his business, [[FAGAN'S SHOE REPAIR, VIDEO RENTAL AND HOBBY SHOP]]. He was a master at shoe repair. Aaron had the talent to complete simple heel replacements, re-soling or half-soling shoes, to creating specialized insoles or designing complete medical build-ups.

It has been estimated that he contributed over $30,000 towards Albrecht Acres through projects he designed. If Aaron wanted to leave this world with an absolute statement to be proclaimed, it would be that next to faith playing an important role in our lives a very close second is, "Love Your Family".
