ORMSBY, Frank E. ( | ORMSBY, Frank E. (Lowville, NY, Feb. 10, 1857--Unknown). In 1880 Ormsby operated the Steam Laundry, the only one of its kind in Dubuque at 890 Main Street. (1) He apparently left the city to return to his hometown, because a newspaper column in 1885 stated he was returning to Dubuque to manufacture shirts, collars, and cuffs with his brother S. A.
