ROCCO BUDA ART RESOURCE CENTER. Waiting for the establishment of an arts center in Dubuque, Ruth NASH and Russ NASH purchased the other half of their duplex on Loras Blvd. after the death of Rocco BUDA, Jr. and turned it into the Rocco Buda Art Resource Center.

Groups using the Center could use a computer, copier, and other office equipment, but it was not open to the public.
