HARTIG, Kenneth F. Jr. (Dubuque, IA, June 4, 1943--Madison, WI, May 15, 1997). The owner of Hartig Hearing and Optic Shoppe, Kenneth Hartig was former president of the Dubuque Downtown Association. He was a member of the "330 Club" of the DUBUQUE SHOOTING SOCIETY, Tri-State Antique Car Club, and the Asbury "Snowhawks."
