Willging, Edgar H. (Dubuque, IA, Oct. 19, 1879---Dubuque, IA, Jan. 16, 1952). Attorney.  Willging served as the county attorney from 1917 to 1919.  A practicing attorney in Dubuque beginning in 1904, he was prominent in civic and professional groups and served as president of the Dubuque County Bar Association.  He was also a member of the board of trustees of St. Mary's Orphanage and a member of the board of [[MOUNT CALVARY CEMETERY]].
