WILLY, Ulrich. (Schiers, Canton Grisons, Switzerland, Apr. 17, 1857-Dubuque, IA, June 1, 1941).  Among the local buildings credited to Willy are the Glover factory, buildings on the campus of the [[UNIVERSITY OF DUBUQUE]] and the Seventeenth Street Presbyterian Church. Willy gained his experience from his father, employed for many years at [[FARLEY AND LOETSCHER MANUFACTURING COMPANY]], and work experience with other contractors until 1894.
