MILLER, Henry B. (Indian Harbor, IN-St. Louis, MO, Sept. 29, 1970). President, [[DUBUQUE BOAT AND BOILER WORKS]]. In 1941 Miller came to Dubuque to head the boat and boiler works. Active in areas related to the river, Miller was executive director of Water Resources Association and a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
