BIECHLER, Judith L.(St. Louis, MO, Oct. 7, 1945--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 30, 2015) The daughter of Fred and Bertha (Stecker) Johnson, Dr. Biechler always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and eventually received her Doctorate in veterinary medicine from Iowa State University in 1969.
She worked as a Supervisory Public Health Veterinarian for the USDA FSIS for over 40 years, primarily working at the DUBUQUE PACKING COMPANY.
