GREEN CAB COMPANY (#1). #1 Green Cab Company, a full-service taxi and delivery service, was started in October 2011 by Brett Hahlen, a native of Dubuque and graduate of STEPHEN HEMPSTEAD HIGH SCHOOL. The company offered specials throughout the year and loyalty cards to loyal customers.
The firm operated operated twenty-four hours daily, seven days a week including holidays.
