DUBUQUE STATUARY AND ORNAMENTAL COMPANY. Organized in 1918, the company was located at 1592 Jackson. The firm manufactured a variety of religious statuary as well as cornices, mouldings, beams, and column caps. Statuary was generally life-sized or half-size with a few very small figures manufactured for desks or bookcase ornamentation.
Products were primarily marketed in Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nebraska and the Dakotas.
The 1911-1912 Dubuque City Directory listed 1696 Clay.
