CHARLES AND FRANCES COLEMAN-351 WINONA. This Colonial Revival home at 351 Winona was built around 1900 for Dr. Jonas W. Williams, a dentist. He lived here only one year. The second owners, Charles and Frances Coleman, came to Dubuque from Minneapolis when Charles were hired to take charge of the operations of CARR, RYDER AND ADAMS.

This home received the 2011 Preservation Award from the DUBUQUE COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY.
