ROBINSON, Frank M. (South Reading, Windsor County, VT-- ). Robinson completed his education at Dartmouth College and then began the study of law. He arrived in Dubuque on February 16, 1856, completed his studies, and was admitted to the bar in 1857. (1)

In January 1862, Robinson formed a legal partnership with Austin ADAMS that lasted fourteen years. He was also associated with Benjamin William LACY. Lacy also married Robinson's daughter. (2)
