ROBINSON, Frank M. (South Reading, Windsor County, VT--  ). Robinson completed his education at Dartmouth College and then began the study of law. He arrived in Dubuque on February 16, 1856, completed his studies, and was admitted to the bar in 1857. (1)

ROBINSON, Frank M. (South Reading, Windsor County, VT-- ). Robinson completed his education at Dartmouth College and then began the study of law. He arrived in Dubuque on February 16, 1856, completed his studies, and was admitted to the bar in 1857. (1)
