Fleming, Lucille. (Burlington, IA, Feb. 25, 1908--Dubuque, IA, Feb. 14, 1994). Founder. Fleming was one of the founders and later served as the first president of the Mercy Service Club, an organization in which she remained active for forty-five years. She was also a member of the CATHOLIC MOTHERS STUDY CLUBS.
