WENDOLIN WINTER. The 1886-87 '''Dubuque City Directory''' listed 1384 Iowa.

Established in 2000, the Association became a regular participant in the City Expo, co-sponsored a session of Music in the Park, and held an annual beautification project in the spring.  Working with the police department, they were proactive in protecting their neighborhood. (1)


The 1890-91 through 1899-1900 '''Dubuque City Directory''' listed the corner of 14th and White.
The boundaries of the Association include West Locust, Ellis, Dorgan Place, Almond Foye, Merchant and Gold [[STREETS]]. (2)


The 1911-12 '''Dubuque City Directory''' through the 1918 '''Dubuque and East Dubuque City Directory''' stated that this business was located at 1398 White.
