SOUTH GRANDVIEW-BRADLEY STREET NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION. The area represented by this Association in 2011 reached from Dodge Street to the intersection of South Grandview and Hill Street. It included all the residences on both sides of South Grandview and Bradley and all the houses on the connecting [[STREETS]]. (1)

The Point Neighborhood Association was established around 2010. (1)  Geographically the Association represents an area from [[FIVE POINTS]] to [[EAGLE POINT]] which in 2010 included 876 families and many businesses. (2)


The organization's initial interest was to respond to a series of burglaries that occurred in the area during the summer of 2004. The Association was formed in the spring of 2005 with the goals of informing the residents of any issues or policies affecting the neighborhood and to build a sense of community through social events. (2)  
Meeting monthly in the basement of [[HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC CHURCH]], the members host a speaker as well as a police officer who comes to inform the group of potential problems and to hear of any suspicious activity.  The organization has addressed such diverse topics as bat control, Bee Branch Creek work, and animal control. (3)The organization is funded by donations and proceeds from the Annual Garage Sale held in May.
