Such a wonderful "find" can be read in the January 27, 1974 issue of the ''Telegraph Herald''. The story was written by Modesta Harrington Cooper, a native of Dubuque about growing up on Seminary Street. Mrs. Cooper was one of eight children raised in the house at 378 Seminary. Purchased by P.M. Harrington in 1867, the home was still owned by relatives of the original family in 1974. Category: Streets"
