	The eight-sided machine was equipped with rotating, corrugated carriers arranged so that they rotated toward the center of machine one-half turn. A powerful exhaust ventilator "thoroughly aired them and removes all gases and odors and all dirt and grit." The machine was able to clean rugs, tapestry, draperies and furs. Among the local businesses using the machine were A. W. Sears and the Hotel Julien. Carpets were called for, cleaned and delivered the same day. The company had two delivery wagons with a third available during busy seasons.
