	Toom, Donald I. (Hessville, IN, Aug. 20, 1925--Dubuque, IA, Jan. 21, 2001). Toom operated Toom Real Estate and Insurance Agency in Pella, Iowa until 1962 when he moved his family to Dubuque. He established [[KEY CITY REALTY]] and served as president of the Dubuque Board of Realtors. He was a founder of the Dubuque Multiple Listing Service, past chairman of the Multiple Listing Committee, and Realtor of the Year in 1976.
