SUNSHINE FAMILY RESTAURANT. Sunshine was the latest restaurant to occupy the location at 4th and Central. The site was the location of Jungels and Bade which was opened in 1890. In 1942 the building became [[KARIGAN'S RESTAURANT]]. This was destroyed by fire and rebuilt in 1948. In 1972 the Karigan family sold the property to [[SFIKAS, Peter|Peter SFIKAS]]. [[SFIKAS RESTAURANT]] was sold to Lyle Ostenborg in 1987. The business carried the same name until 2004 when it was purchased by Zoro and Kandi Saliu. The interior was destroyed by fire in 2010 but immediately reopened.
