&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;ROSENOW, Edward A. (Dubuque, IA, May 30, 1923--  ). Rosenow joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 704 on April 26, 1949. He worked as an electrician for Tri-City Electric and Westphal Electric. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rosenow served his union as a trustee, executive board member, and committee member for many years. He held the office of president from 1971-1975 and business manager fro 1975 until his retirement 1986. He also served as the treasurer of the Dubuque Construction and Building Trades.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
He was inducted into the [[DUBUQUE AREA LABOR HALL OF FAME]] in 2003. &lt;br /&gt;
