	ROBINSON, Frank M. (South Reading, Windsor County, VT, 1828--Dubuque, IA, Mar. 25, 1885). Robinson began his education in the academy at West Randolph, Vermont under the principalship of [[ADAMS, Austin\|Austin ADAMS]], the man he would later join in the practice of law in Dubuque. He entered Dartmouth College in 1851 and graduated in 1855. He began the study of law in the office of Tracy, Converse & Barrett in Woodstock. Tracy at the time was a member of Congress. Converse became the governor of the state ad Barrett was later one of the state's justices on the supreme court. He arrived in Dubuque on February 16, 1856, completed his studies, and was admitted to the bar in 1857. (1)		ROBINSON, Frank M. (South Reading, Windsor County, VT, 1828--Dubuque, IA, Mar. 25, 1885).
