	He had a deep love for words and ideas, which he expressed through writing. He was the author of several published books. He was a proud Freemason and Shriner, dedicating countless hours to community service. His faith was central to his life; he served as a Deacon and was an active member of the church choir. He also served a term on the local school board, believing strongly in education and giving back to his community. Dancing was a favorite pastime of David and Sue~~, which he continued to enjoy thereafter~~.		He had a deep love for words and ideas, which he expressed through writing.
