Faced with cash flow problems, 3D sold the building back to In-Futuro in August 1986. There were then only three tenants remaining in the building. The structure became the single largest, nearly vacant structure in the [[TOWN CLOCK PLAZA]]. Efforts were made through June 1988, to sell the building through local real estate listings.
