	KEY CITY BUILDING CLUB. This organization incorporated on April 8, 1902 was formed solely for the purpose of building, owning and renting a building at 9th and Locust [[STREETS]]. It was originally constructed for the [[DUBUQUE CLUB]] but was later occupied by the Chamber of Commerce. In 1922 the Chamber purchased the building as a community center for all organizations and citizens of Dubuque.
