(Dubuque, IA, Jan. 5, 1945--East Dubuque, IL, October 3, 2021) The son of [[GRAHAM, Joseph G.|Joseph G. GRAHAM]] and Harriet (Schiltz) Graham, he married Ruth Till in Dubuque. She died on April 8, 2007.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Joseph graduated from [[WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL]] in 1963 and later from [[LORAS COLLEGE]]. He was a third generation partner/owner/clothier at [[GRAHAM&amp;#039;S STYLE STORE]] from 1973-2018.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the community, Joseph was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Rotary Club, Paul Harris Fellowship, Dubuque Jaycees, and the Dubuque Chapter E.A.A. He was proud of his participation in Golden Gloves boxing in his youth and proud of his and Ruth’s involvement in the St. Anthony Haitian Twin Parish Program.&lt;br /&gt;
