As they were making plans for their return trip, officials of the [[CHICAGO, BURLINGTON, AND NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY]] offered the group the use of an elegant sleeping coach which they accepted along with free dinner and refreshments. (3) Railroad officials reminded the party that the railroad would soon be coming to Dubuque "determined to get its share of the Dubuque business."
