	GIBBS, R. J. (Unknown--Mar. 1875) Gibbs came to Dubuque in 1857 and later was in charge of installing the Dubuque water works. GIBBS, R. J. (Unknown--Mar. 1875) Gibbs came to Dubuque in 1857 and later was in charge of installing the Dubuque water works.
