	DUBUQUE WORKERS' ACADEMY. In 2012 the ~~Dubuque Federation of Labor~~, in cooperation with the Iowa Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, announced a six-week series of workshops open to Dubuque area union members, their families and local progressive activists.
