	DUBUQUE WEEKLY TRIBUNE. The ''Dubuque Weekly Tribune'' was founded by A. P. Wood and first published on December 21, 1846. It offered a weekly and daily edition. On August 15, 1848 the ''Dubuque Semi-Weekly Tribune'' reported the first telegraph message received in Dubuque.
