			In 2017 the Iowa Economic Development Authority certified a 161-acre property lying north of Chavenelle Road, west of Radford Road and south of Pennsylvania consisting of six parcels as "development-ready." This announced that sewer and water was already extended to the site and there was roadway accessibility. Companies would not need to wait to have these utilities extended. (1)

	Tenants included Change Healthcare; [[MCKESSON COMPANY]]; [[CARTEGRAPH]]; Integreat; E91, Kunkel & Associates Inc.; Windstream; Stratka Johnson Architects, P.C.; Sedwick; and Rockfarm Supply Chain Solutions.		The "McFadden site" was purchased in 2015 in two separate agreements totaling $3.47 million. Of the 161 acres, 103 were considered "developable." (2)
