	DUBUQUE AREA INTERGROUP OF ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS. Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is an international mutual aid fellowship founded in 1935 by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith in Akron, Ohio.
