	DUBUQUE, BELLEVUE, AND MISSISSIPPI RAILWAY. In January 21, 1870 articles of organization were filed in Iowa incorporating the Dubuque, Bellevue and Mississippi Railway Company. The object of the corporation was to construct a railroad from Bellevue to Dubuque and to extend the line and by branch roads to connect with other cities or other lines of railroad within the state.
