O’DOWD, Clarence T. "Mike" (Dubuque, IA--Dubuque, IA, Nov. 21, 1982). O'Dowd, vice-president of business, business manager, and treasurer of [[LORAS COLLEGE]], was honored in November 1979, by the Loras Board of Regents for forty years of service to the college.

A 1936 graduate of Loras, O'Dowd came to Loras in 1939 as assistant business manager. He was promoted to business manager in 1952, named vice-president in 1957 and treasurer in 1958.
