This organization, which would represent the entire city, would not replace any of the other organizations like the Dubuque Club, [[DUBUQUE INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION]], Clay Street Merchants Association, or the West Dubuque Improvement Association. The new organization would coordinate efforts of these groups. (1)
