When he arrived in town, Capone would be dropped off at the Julien and then the cars would be driven to a building at the northwest corner of 4th and Locust. A ramp from the alley led to the basement and the cars would be stored at this site until Capone was ready to leave. At the Julien, Capone was said to take over the entire eighth floor with his guards stationed in the stairways and elevators.
