Articles of incorporation were filed on January 2, 1901 for this company which was to be a general wholesale and retail business of lumber, coal and building materials. Officers included [[STOUT, Frank D.\|Frank D. Stout]], president; Charles W. Chapman, vice-president and secretary; and A. T. Lusch, treasurer.
