	In June 1990 Advanced Data-Comm announced its acquisition of the Monona Telemarketing Company of Monona, Iowa. The facilities north of Dubuque were to be used to handle overflow from Dubuque during the evening hours and would eliminate capacity problems experienced in Dubuque. The acquisition of the Monona site gave Advanced Data-Comm one hundred forty workstations. In 1997, the company that also had call centers in Charles City and Oelwein, announced it had chosen Superior, Wisconsin as its newest satellite call center. The company then employed 525 people. According to Bloomberg Business Week in 2014, the company provided inbound and outbound customer sales and support, membership, and market research services through contact centers in Iowa. It offered digital recording, agent routing, remote monitoring, third-party transfer, real-time reporting, predictive dialing, interactive voice response, fax, email, and chat services; and sales and order entry, member retention, lead generation and database development, and quantitative data collection services. As of October 5, 2006, WS Live, LLC is a subsidiary of Working Solutions, Inc.		Advanced Data-Comm became WS Live, LLC.
