UNION HALL. There was a union hall at 19th and White in 1920. (1)

The 1938 Dubuque City Directory listed 1906 White. (2)

By 1950 it had been relocated to 3rd and Iowa. (3)

Union Hall was located at 12 Ruby St. in 1966. (4)

In 1969 it was located at 11th and Bluff. (5)

Union halls associated with particular unions appeared around this time.
