TESTROET, David. (Dubuque, IA-- ). From comedy clubs and theaters across the United States and Canada, Tertroet took his show overseas seas for five different tours to entertain the U.S. military in a career that in 2020 extended for thirty years.. Described as "a fast and funny show anyone can enjoy," his comedy material ranged from Darwin to grizzle bears and featured "sharp improvisation skills developed with over seventeen years of stage experience." A well established harmonica player, David incorporated this into his act including rock and roll to his original songs like the "Big Guy Blues." (1)

In addition to stand-up comedy performances, Tertroet appeared on CBS "Candid Camera," Fox's "Hot from the Inferno," and Showtime's Comedy Network. He wrote and performed radio voice-overs throughout the western United States. (2) Testroet is a winner of the Seattle International Comedy Competition as well as many other top competitions and comedy showcases across the country. (3)
