STREET (MOST REPORTABLE ACCIDENTS). From 2001 to 2010, the stretch of Dodge between Grandview Avenue and the JULIEN DUBUQUE BRIDGE had thirty-three crashes. The second highest number (18) occurred between Alta Vista and Bluff Street.
