ST REGIS PAPER COMPANY. Established in 1899, St. Regis Paper Company came to Dubuque in 1937 in the form of its corrugated container and folding carton division. In 1970 the company employed 211 people. (1)
From 1972 through 1983 the company was located at 2150 Kerper Blvd.
