RUSSO ITALIAN ORCHESTRA. This musical group was performing in Galena as early as 1804. (1) Composed of six instruments and led by F. N. Russo, the orchestra also appeared at Stewart Park the same year. (2) The last reported performance of the group was in 1924. (3)

The 1909 Dubuque City Directory located a contact for this group at 58 25th.

The 1911-12 Dubuque City Directory listed 501 Rhomberg.
