OSBORNE, Jeanne (Mrs. Donald). (Detroit Lakes, MI-Dubuque, IA, Aug. 21, 1986). Patron of the arts. Osborne, a past member of the DUBUQUE ART ASSOCIATION board of directors, served on the boards of the Dubuque- Symphony League, DUBUQUE ARTS COUNCIL, and the Tuesday Arts Council.
