OLIVER & CRAGIN. The 1868 Guide, Gazetteer and Directory of the Dubuque & Soux (sic) City Railroad stated that this business was located at the corner of 9th and Iowa. The 1874-1875 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at 938 White.
