OBERFOELL, Victor. (Epworth, IA-Dubuque, IA, 1975). Beekeeper. Oberfoell, an employee of the St. Regis Container Division, served as president of the Dubuque County Beekeepers Association. He belonged to the Iowa Honey Producers, Sioux Bee Association, and the American Beekeeping Federation, Inc. Oberfoell was also a foster parent with HILLCREST FAMILY SERVICES for more than fourteen years.
