MEYER, Edward. (Holy Cross, IA--Dubuque, IA, May 5, 1982). The president of HIGLEY-MEYER ELECTRIC COMPANY, Meyer was a member of the DUBUQUE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and the 330 Club of the DUBUQUE SHOOTING SOCIETY. He served as chairman of the Catholic Scouting Committee for the ARCHDIOCESE OF DUBUQUE and was a former president of the Dubuque Retail Merchants.
