MAJERUS & JUNGELS. Majerus & Jungels opened their first grocery in December 1875 on the corner of Iowa and 12th. Majerus had been in the grocery business in St. Cloud, Minnesota and Jungels had worked locally for V. J. WILLIAMS AND COMPANY. (1)
The 1878-79 Dubuque City Directory listed the northwest corner of Clay and 4th.
The 1880 Dubuque City Directory stated that this business was located at the corner of Dodge and S. Dodge.
