LOCHNER, Donald H. (Dubuque, IA, Sept. 2, 1947--Dubuque, IA, Oct. 8, 2014). The son of Phil and Dorothy (O'Leary) Lochner, Donald graduated from WAHLERT CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL and served in the Navy during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1971.

Returning to Dubuque, he worked as a realtor. Donald served on the City of Dubuque Board of Review and helped during the 1980s on the restoration of the EAGLE POINT PARK fish pond.
